Welcome to our Covid-19 Guest Update
April 2021

According to the UK Governments Roadmap out of lockdown, we are hoping/planning to re-open
from 17 th May 2021. This is the earliest that we can reopen and is conditional on the Governments
targets having been met and provided that we have followed all the Governments guidance.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our beautiful bed and breakfast and wanted to let you know that we are committed to keeping you safe and doing everything possible to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your stay with us in light of recent world events.

Acquiring the Industry Standard mark means that we have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, have a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. This means we can re-open safe in the knowledge that you can enjoy a stress free stay.

  • We strongly recommend you take out your own COVID insurance cover.

  • Guests who have been diagnosed, or have symptoms of COVID -19 in the past 14 days will be kindly asked to reschedule their stay.

  • Those who show symptoms during their stay will be asked to leave to self isolate at home.

  • Face coverings are required in all public areas, helping to protect us and other guests [please supply/provide your own face coverings].

  • We would encourage you to download the NHS App, located in the entrance porch.



  • We would encourage guests to wash their hands frequently during their stay

  • Hand Sanitisers will be situated in the porch, the hall table and each bathroom, please sanitise your hands before you enter Sea Breeze and before you enter the breakfast room


  • Guests will be required to maintain social distancing and to remain at least 2 meters from those they are not travelling with.


  • We have arranged the breakfast room to ensure social distancing can be achieved

  • We will allocate a breakfast table for the duration of your stay

  • All self-service breakfast options will be removed, however you can pre-order your choices
    the night before


  • We would ask guests to refrain from entering the dining room after breakfast

  • We have suspended daily in room housekeeping for stays of 4 nights or less. If we are required to enter the room, the room must be vacant and the windows left open.

  • Measures will be in place to replenish, towels, hospitality tray etc.


  • Thorough & deep cleaning will be carried out after a guest has checked out.

  • We will be cleaning more frequently, especially high traffic areas and high touch points [hallway, staircase, door handles etc.]


  • Guests will be asked to vacate their rooms by 10am on departure day

  • Check in will not be before 4pm on day of arrival


  • Any outstanding balance can be automatically taken during your stay, using the card provided at booking.

  • Guests will be asked to leave their keys in their rooms when checking out.
