We appreciate that the small print can be a bit tiresome but there are key things you need to know before you stay with us. Please take a moment to read the Terms & Conditions below and feel free to let us know if you have any questions or if anything is unclear.

We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total cost, with the balance to reach us no later than one week before your arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 20% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction [after arrival date] the full cost of the booking will be charged.
We strongly recommend that you insure against the possibility of cancellation.
We have put in place measures to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 and to ensure your stay is as safe as possible. We will share these measures with you, pre-arrival and during your stay, please also check our website and Facebook page.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 before your stay, you must advise us as you will be unable to travel, we will endeavour to reschedule your holiday. If this is not possible we will require confirmation of your illness before we can consider any refund.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 during your stay or a test proves positive you will be required to return home to self-isolate immediately. We will require written confirmation, we will refund any unused nights.
If you are contacted by Test & Trace because you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, you will need to return home immediately and self-isolate. We will require confirmation, we will refund any unused nights.
If you are unable to leave to self-isolate at home, you will be responsible for any costs in extending your stay, any costs that we incur, and all other affected bookings that we are required to cancel. We strongly recommend that you have your own insurance in place. If we are required to close the B&B due to Government imposed restrictions or local lockdowns, guests will not be liable and all balances will be returned.
Please be advised that if a guest staying [during your stay] has tested positive, we will advise you immediately and it will be necessary for you to return home to self-isolate in line with Government guidance, we will refund you for any unused nights.

Sea Breeze is in an elevated location above St. Ives in a quiet residential area so will appeal to guests looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday The harbour and beaches are a ten minute stroll down-hill, with a regular bus service or cheap taxis for the return.
Dishes are carefully prepared from fresh and local Cornish produce [where possible] and served in the dining room between 8.30 am and 9 am. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements when booking.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Rooms are available at 16.00 hours on the arrival day and guests are asked to vacate them by 10.00 hours on the day of departure.
Free on-site car park at owners risk. We have storage for pedal cycles.
A strict non-smoking policy exists throughout the whole of the property.
When enquiring about accommodation, please let us know of any special needs or requirements that you may have so that we may advise you on the suitability of our rooms. All our bedrooms are on the first floor and are only accessible by stairs with a secure handrail. We do not have a lift. We do not have a guest lounge.
We regret that we do not accept reservations for young children or babies, as we do not have suitable facilities for their care and well-being. However we can take children over 12 years of age at the adult tariff [we have no family rooms so they would have their own Bedroom].
We are sorry but we cannot accept any pets. Guide dogs are accepted by prior arrangement.
Lost keys are charged at £20.
