We appreciate that the small print can be a bit tiresome but there are key things you need to know before you stay with us. Please take a moment to read the Terms & Conditions below and feel free to let us know if you have any questions or if anything is unclear.

RESERVATIONS

We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total cost, with the balance to reach us no later than one week before your arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION

In the event of a cancellation, if it is not possible for us to re-let the room, guests are reminded that they are responsible for any outstanding balance. We strongly recommend that you insure against the possibility of cancellation.

Payment can be by debit or credit card [over the phone or by secure payment link from our website] or directly into our bank account [our preferred option]:

LOCATION

Sea Breeze is in an elevated location above St. Ives in a quiet residential area so will appeal

to guests looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday The harbour and beaches are a ten minute stroll

down-hill, with a regular bus service or cheap taxis for the return.

BREAKFAST

Dishes are carefully prepared from fresh and local Cornish produce [where possible] and

served in the dining room between 8.30 am and 9 am. Please let us know if you have any

dietary requirements when booking.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

Rooms are available at 16.00 hours on the arrival day and guests are asked to vacate them

by 10.30 hours on the day of departure.

CAR PARKING
Free on-site car park at owners risk. We have storage for pedal cycles and motor cycles.

SMOKING
A strict non-smoking policy exists throughout the whole of the property.

SPECIAL NEEDS

When enquiring about accommodation, please let us know of any special needs or requirements that you may have so that we may advise you on the suitability of our rooms. All our bedrooms are on the first floor and are only accessible by stairs with a secure handrail. We do not have a lift.

CHILDREN

We regret that we do not accept reservations for young children or babies, as we do not

have suitable facilities for their care and well-being. However we can take children over

12 years of age at the adult tariff [we have no family rooms so they would have their own

Bedroom.

PETS
We are sorry but we cannot accept any pets. Guide dogs are accepted by prior arrangement.

LOST KEYS
Lost keys are charged at £20.
